Our Story
A Decade of English Learning in Linkou
Happy English Academy was established in Linkou over 10 years ago. With an American owner and a U.S.-educated director, we bring together international teaching experience and a strong understanding of local education needs.
All of our teachers are highly qualified to teach English, and we are fully insured and licensed by the Bureau of Education. We offer a variety of classes and personalized tutoring for all levels, from young learners to adults.
